The Overgrown Maze
The Abandoned Forest is the game's green labyrinth: dense tree walls, winding paths, a stone dungeon entrance sunk into a clearing, and a combat log that opens with "LOADED 'forest magic'." — the game names its loadout presets after the area you are in. The area bar reads "Abandoned Forest 5 of 5", and the official screenshot shows a LVL 50 Death Bunny mid-pounce with Stag Beetles burning in the log above it.
The Forest Quest
"Through the Abandoned Forest" is one of the game's named quest achievements (3.4% of players held it in launch week). Quests come from town NPCs, and this line routes through the full five sub-zones — pack fights against beetles and bunnies, ambush terrain, and the kind of loot the forest's density hides well.
